Are you looking for a fun and challenging way to learn and sing? Join our Yodel Club Heimattreu in Calgary and let's explore the Swiss way of singing and yodelling!

We love to sing about our beloved Rocky Mountains, and it's an experience like no other. Many of our songs are based on 6-part harmony only! No words are needed. It's a bit of a challenge, but the sound is truly unique and awe-inspiring.

Our group has been around since 1976, and we've been fortunate enough to participate in many yodelling festivals in Switzerland and the USA. We're a tight-knit group with members ranging from 19 to over 80 years old. Our choir is structured into vocal sections, from 2nd Bass, 1st Bass, 1st Tenor/Sopranos, 2nd Tenor/Mezzo Soprano, and finally, 1st and 2nd Yodel male or female. So, you'll find a place for you in our choir!

Our choir season runs from September to June, and rehearsals are held from 7:15 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Alpine Room of the Austrian Canadian Cultural Centre in Calgary. All music is supplied, and the yearly fee is very reasonable.

We'd love to have you join us for a practice or, if you have any questions, reach out to by completing the contact form below.
